All It Takes Is ONE Referral
Remember, all it takes to get on and stay on our Client Appreciation list is a referral!! We are always looking for more awesome clients like you. Personal referrals are what continues to grow our business and helps us give even more back to our community. So, let me help you with what makes a great referral. Unfortunately, people “just giving out our name and or business cards” rarely gets us a call.
We receive and sell the most number of referrals when we receive a name and cell number of the referral directly from you so we are able to call the prospective buyer or seller directly. So please get us their name and cell number… and permission for us to call them directly! You don’t have to attempt to convince your referral to “absolutely use us.” Just convince them to speak to us and to provide you their name and cell phone number. That’s all we need! We’ll take it from there. Will you commit to getting us just ONE of these types of referrals in the next 365 days?

It's our way of saying "Thank You" for all the support and referrals throughout the year. We are so grateful for each and every one of you!
Our Wine and Beer Tasting Event - June 13, 2023
Our Wine and Beer Tasting Event was a huge success! Over 150 of our most valued clients enjoyed delicious hors d'oeuvres, tasted some wonderful wines (provided by Best Wine Purveyors) and sampled great beers (provided by Sing Sing Kill Brewery). A big shout out goes to our amazing sponsors: Allan Block Insurance, Burke Energy, Enveloping Sound, Law Offices of Paolo Conte PLLC, Mirage Mirror & Glass, Narska Architects, Plumb It Now, Robison Oil, SavATree, Well Collab Acupuncture and Westchester Home Consultants! And as you know, giving back to our community is of utmost important to us. This year, we asked our clients to bring high-need items for Ossining Padres Hispanos! We love our clients and our community! And don't forget.... we LOVE referrals!!

Blockbuster Movie Event: Thor: Love & Thunder - July 9th, 2022
For our 2022 movie event we rented out a movie theater and had a premiere showing of Thor: Thunder and Love for our amazing clients! This event is great for families of all ages.
Wine and Beer Event - March 22, 2022
An "adults-only" soiree, we invite a local wine and beer merchant to select a particular region of wines and beer to teach our clients a little bit about them! We also offer delicious appetizers and small plates.

Golf Event - June 26, 2021
Our mini-golf event was a huge success! Thank you all for spending an afternoon playing golf, watching our awesome magician and playing some great games like giant Jenga and basketball!
Shredding Event - March 20, 2021
With spring comes spring cleaning! We managed to raise over $2,300 for the Ossining Food Pantry at this event! Thank you all for taking the time to get shredded with us!

Drive-In Movie Event - September 25, 2020
Who doesn’t love a drive in movie?! This year we gave our typical movie day a slight twist by taking it outdoors! We watched the awesome box office hit from the 80s, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, while maintaining our social distancing! This event is great for families of all ages.
